The beautiful thing about Adext is that it does a lot of the grunt work that normally can take hours and hours for humans to perform.

The tool is really nice and user-friendly, so there's no complex setup. You do need at least $10,000 adspend per month to use the tool. Plus, it's my recommendation to see the real value.

Qwaya is a tool I've used before and it's really good for those actively running Facebook Ads.

Top Features:

One of the features I love is the ad scheduler, where you have more control about when ads turn on/off at any time of the day/week.
Another key feature I think is really great is ad rotation. You can choose which ads go on rotation easily compared doing straight in the ads manager. Great use case is for remarketing (especially in B2B), not really for cold/scaling campaigns.
Other awesome features include ad/campaign rules, URL builder, auto Google Analytics URL tagging, campaign organiser, split testing and much more.

A really nice platform I came across recently is Adscook, which can help you create variants of ads and audiences fast, helping you find winning combinations of ads that delivers ROAS/ROI faster so you can scale.

Top Features:

It's super easy to create variants really quickly, even 100's at once if that's what you want to do.
You can split-test anything across multiple variants, whether it be copy, design, CTAs. You'll be able to analyse results and see what you can kill/scale.
For experienced advertisers (and even beginners), this platform does a good job with the conditional rules and triggers which are easy to setup. You can make them simple or really complex, depending on strategy goals and volume.
