What are the best form building tools recommended by a growth marketer?
Let's be honest, there are probably too many form building tools out there. Yes, more options are great, but majority of them have similar features. I'm glad I'm not in the 'forms' market (haha). Yet, the best form tools in my eyes are those who provide advanced design customisation options, API access, conditional logic, automation workflows, and just a good UX (and fun to use). My favourite 5 form building tools I recommend are; Jotform, Paperform, Typeform, Mightyforms, and Ninjaforms.
Which are the most user-friendly survey tools for respondents?
Most survey building platforms I've mentioned in this article I think do a good job at this. A particular favourite tool of mine which provides 'focus' for respondents is Typeform. With users not able to skip steps of a survey (unless you provide the option), ensures they focus on one question at a time. From my experience, any longer surveys I see I get turned off by. The UX of Typeform disguises this well for users. Of course, you can create similar experiences with other tools such as SurveyMonkey and Google Forms.
Which tools can you use to do free surveys?
Most of the tools mentioned has a free-tier option, perfect for testing out. However, Google Forms is the best free survey tool which does a good job. One feature I do love is the native integration with Google Sheets, perfect for reporting, exporting, and more.
